Who these terms are with

These terms cover your use of this website and any photography or video session you book through it. The service is provided by Alexander Mils, a photographer based in Belgrade, Serbia.

By booking a session you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not book.

Booking and payment

Bookings are made through this website and paid for online. Your slot is only held once payment has been completed. Until then the time remains available to others.

Prices are shown in euros and include the session as described on that session's page. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Sessions must be booked at least 2 hours before the start time. There is currently no limit on how far in advance you can book.

Changes and cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before the session. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Inside 48 hours the time has been held for you and cannot easily be filled, so a late cancellation or a no-show may be charged a fee. Where a fee applies we will tell you before applying it.

If we have to cancel — because of illness, unsafe weather, or something outside our control — you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

What you receive

Each session page states the number of edited photographs included. You receive those as edited digital files. Raw or unedited files are not included unless agreed in writing beforehand.

Edited photographs are normally delivered within the timescale stated on the session page. If a delay is likely, you will be told.

Copyright and how you may use the photographs

The photographer retains copyright in all photographs taken. You are granted a licence to use the delivered images for personal, non-commercial purposes — including printing them and sharing them on your own social media.

Commercial use, resale, or supply to a third party for their use is not included. If you need commercial rights — for a brand, a business, or a publication — ask, and a separate licence can be agreed.

When you share images publicly, a credit to Alexander Mils is appreciated but not required.

Using your images to promote the studio

We would like to show some of the photographs on this site and on social media as examples of the work. We will only do so where you have agreed, and you can withdraw that agreement at any time by writing to us — after which we will stop using them in new material.

Your responsibilities

• Arrive on time. Time lost to lateness is not added to the end of the session.
• Bring only what we have agreed. Additional people, animals or props change the shape of a session.
• Tell us in advance about anything that affects the shoot — accessibility needs, a surprise proposal, or a location that needs permission.
• Make sure you have the right to be photographed at the location, and that anyone else appearing in the photographs has agreed to it.

Safety and location

Weather can make a location unsafe or unusable. If that happens we will suggest an alternative location or date rather than shooting in conditions that put anyone at risk.

Liability

We take the work seriously and carry appropriate equipment and backups, but things can still go wrong. Our liability for any session is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We are not liable for indirect losses, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.

These terms

These terms are governed by the law of Serbia. If any part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
