  • Digital product was inaccessible or corrupted, and the issue was not resolved within 3 business days.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Custom work that has already been delivered.

  • Changes of mind after download or access.

7. Photography Sessions

Booking

  • Photography sessions can be booked no later than 6 hours before the desired time slot.

  • Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Cancellation

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

RAW Material

  • RAW images or unedited materials are not provided under any circumstances.

  • Clients receive final, edited images as per the agreed package.
